Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding:

1. Signup first thru http://www.ictransnet.com/vjoin and select Ictransnet HighSpeed Package
2. Configure your computer for dialup connection and connect to your Ictransnet account.
3. Then, click HERE to download the NetRocket Web Accelerator Installer
4. Install NetRocket Web Accelerator in your computer
5. Login into Netrocket using your Ictransnet username. Format should be username@ictransnet.com
